CONDITIONS OF USE: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING THE CONTENT OF YOUR FILE(S) AND VERIFYING THE IDENTITY OF YOUR RECIPIENT(S).
If your file(s) contain U.S export-controlled Technical Material (ITAR or EAR-controlled), you may use this tool, ONLY if:
Your business permits it (as noted above); AND
Your recipient is a U.S. Person located in the U.S. (for example, a DOD employee), OR
Your recipient is a non-U.S. Person and/or someone located outside of the U.S., ONLY IF you have export authorization to share the file and you have followed yourbusiness process to authorize the transfer (for example, receiving RGEMS approval for Raytheon (RI&S and RMD) or a CEIR approval for Corporate/RTRC personnel).
If your file(s) contain non-U.S origin export-controlled Technical Material (for example, Canadian Controlled Goods, UK MOD Official), STOP and seek further guidancefrom GT. This tool has not been approved for use for non-U.S. License Required Technical Material, unless your transaction is explicitly approved by GT.
Prior to sharing any files, ensure that you have appropriately marked each file to indicate whether it contains export-controlled Technical Data / Technical Material,RTX Proprietary, and/or other sensitive content. You should also encrypt each file containing sensitive content prior to transfer (In other words, password protect the document(s)).
